Leigha Arnold discovered their love of doing hair when they were 9 years old, doing coloring services for their mother at home. When they turned 12 they were allowed to begin experimenting with vivid colors on their hair and eventually moved on to their friends' and siblings hair in high school. by the time Leigha graduated high school in 2011 they decided to pursue their career as a colorist and started looking for schools and apprenticeships in Michigan. It was frustrating as a scene teen and even an alternative adult that no one was ever able to understand what they wanted to do with their hair. They couldn't ever get help because no one could do it right, and it was there goal to become the alternative stylist in Toledo who could actually do the hair people wanted. But unfortunately everyone talked Leigha into going to a more conventional school which they hated and after almost completing a psychology degree decided they still wanted to do hair.

Leigha graduated from Paul Mitchell The School Toledo in August of 2023 after a very difficult time of dealing with people who were younger then them bully them. Leigha has always just wanted to fit in with people like themself and after years of trying to find a place where they belong they have finally decided to create their own safe space for those who share a similar experience as them, people in the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who want to make a change to what's going on.

Leigha's ultimate goal is to be able to find all the other alternative stylists in the community and create a large salon with many private suites that people can use and an open space for those who prefer an open communal space in aa judgement free zone.
